I was extremely lucky to have both Jonny and Zac speak at my high school for our 2020 well-bring week. Together as a team they compliment each-others stories beautifully. Hearing from Jonny about his mental health journey and then hearing from Zac about strategies to positively manage our own mental health really completed the talk and brought it back in a full circle. Anybody lucky enough to hear Jonny and Zac speak will definitely learn something new, about yourself and the people around you.
