Group Tuition

Learning never exhausts the mind.

Leonardo da Vinci

We understand that some students prefer to learn in small groups, with the added benefit that it reduces the cost of the tuition.

Studying in groups can make learning more fun, building camaraderie and increasing student motivation. Some students report that group tuition can be less intense and more varied which enables them to remain focused for longer.

This is why we also offer group tuition, where a tutor typically teaches groups of 2-6 students.

We use specialist tutors, who are selected for their ability to make lessons stimulating, fun and interactive. Students develop their academic skills, increasing independence and co-learning, as well as collaboration.

GROUP TUTION FAQS

Yes, we offer group tuition where a small group of students has already been organised by parents or families. We do not create groups ourselves, but are happy to support once a suitable group is in place.
Group tuition is arranged by the parents. Once you have formed a group of students with similar levels and goals, we will match you with a suitable tutor and organise the lessons.
We recommend small groups, typically 2–4 students, to ensure each child receives meaningful attention while still benefiting from a collaborative setting.
Group tuition can be a more cost-effective option and can work well for students who are motivated by learning alongside peers, particularly when preparing for exams.
Ideally, students should be of a similar ability and working towards the same goals (for example, the same exam level) to ensure lessons are effective for everyone.
What subjects can be taught in a group setting?
Lessons can take place either online or in person, depending on the group’s preference and location.
Yes. While lessons are delivered to the group, tutors ensure that each student is supported and engaged throughout.
