I’ve particularly appreciated that they are all reliable, responsive, knowledgeable about their subject and most importantly, have developed a good rapport with Charlie, encouraged him to engage and think more deeply about their subjects. He has had some great off-topic conversations with each of them. And they’ve got just the right amount of pressure and compassion.
