I have been really impressed by the organisation's professionalism, in particular the caring and targeted manner in which clients obtain the tutors they want and the caring way in which tutors are enabled, in part through discussion with the organisers, to target the tutee's individual needs. The organisers do seem to understand the clients' particular needs.
