We found Jonny and Zac’s talk to be extremely informative and interactive. It was a brilliant opportunity for us to gain more knowledge about the importance of maintaining wellbeing as students, and the various techniques to support good mental health. The strategies shared by Zac were both relevant to us and practical to implement into our everyday lives.
Jonny’s story helped to illustrate how seemingly small issues can manifest into larger problems when not managed effectively. His open and honest account of his struggles with his mental health was refreshing and eye-opening and served as a good reminder about how we can all make a difference to others if we stop to take the time to listen to them.
