Well-Being Workshop for Teenagers
This half-term we are teaming up with Young Happy Minds to offer a unique interactive and experiential workshop titled ‘A Positive Mindset to Exams’ for students in Years 7-13.
The session will include:
– Cultivating positive emotions to increase happiness, creativity and success
– Implementing positive attitudes towards studying and exams
– Combatting exam stress through mindfulness
– Positive study hacks
