The session will include:
– Cultivating positive emotions to increase happiness, creativity and success
– Implementing positive attitudes towards studying and exams
– Combatting exam stress through mindfulness
– Positive study hacks
The workshop will take place between 10am-12pm in Edgware, and is open to all students in Years 7-13.
